[He's not kidding, not really. He gets plenty of attention, but has such a low rank that there are no consequences for going after him. Far, far easier to strike back at a 3 than a King. He has experience being an easy target for petty little things like this. It seemed more likely that this is something supernatural in origin, but. The people filling up his voicemail back home with curses were humans, after all.]
